Living/Dining Room

This open plan area affords magnificent views over the loch from the large church windows. Here you can relax on comfortable sofas, read the paper at the round dining table or chat with friends as you prepare food in the adjoining kitchen – all whist listening to some carefully selected Scottish music. There is a selection of games, books, CDs and DVDs for your enjoyment. There is wide screen TV with surround sound. Instruction manuals, maps and a guide book are available for your information.

Bedrooms

All beds have orthopaedic mattresses and duvets that can be changed according to preference: summer weight; medium weight, or winter weight.

Storage is provided by wardrobes; chest of drawers; bedside tables, and dressing tables equipped with hairdryers and table lamps.

A cot is available for use for which we ask guests to supply their own child’s bedding.

A separate lighting circuit has been installed which allows bedside lamps to be switched on and off at both door and bedside in the upstairs rooms.

Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms, all fitted with showers and baths, heated floors, heated towel rails and shaver sockets. As with the rest of the house, the bathrooms have been styled individually.

Utility Room

Here you will find the washing machine and tumble drier, along with the following: electric fan, ironing board, steam iron, floor brush, dustpan & brush, clothes basket, peg bag, sponge & bucket, dog towel as required

Hall

There is generous hanging space for coats in the front hall. Stairs in the back hallway lead to the gallery and upper floor, whilst downstairs there is an airing cupboard off the hall.

Garden Patio

There is a landscaped area to the rear of the house, equipped with 8 chairs, table and parasol. A shed provides storage for your bicycles. Here you will also find a barbeque, clothes drier and sun-lounger.

Car Park

This enclosed area provides ample parking for 4 cars and is reached via a lane to the rear of the property.
